TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of Service:
These Terms govern your use of the Cloud Nine Accountants website and introduction service, By using our website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What we do Cloud Nine Accountants is an introduction service. We help UK businesses get matched with an independent accountancy partner. We provide an indicative guide quote and, with your consent, pass your details to a selected accountancy partner who may contact you.
We are not accountants. We do not provide accounting, bookkeeping, tax, payroll or financial advice, we do not carry out any accounting work, and we do not hold or handle client money.
The accountancy partner Any accounting services you receive are provided by the independent accountancy partner, not by us. The partner is solely responsible for confirming final pricing, their own contract or letter of engagement with you, the accounting work and advice they provide, and their professional standards, insurance and compliance. Your contract for accounting services, and any payment for them, is directly between you and the partner. We are not a party to that contract.
Quotes are indicative Any price shown by our quote tool is a rough industry-standard guide only. It is not a binding quote. Your final price is set and confirmed by the accountancy partner after they review your needs.
No fees to you Our introduction service is free to you. We do not charge you and we do not take payment from you. You do not subscribe to anything with us.
Your responsibilities You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote or introduction. You are responsible for your own decision about whether to engage any partner we introduce.
Limitation of liability We provide the introduction service with reasonable care. We are not liable for the acts, advice, services, errors or omissions of any accountancy partner, any contract, pricing or dispute between you and a partner, business losses, indirect losses or consequential losses, or service interruptions outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on our website.
