These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cloud Nine Accountants website and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Cloud Nine Accountants provides subscription-based cloud accounting services to UK businesses. These services may include bookkeeping, accounts preparation, tax returns, VAT returns, payroll, and related accounting services.

Full service details and responsibilities are defined in the separate Letter of Engagement provided to each client.

Subscription and billing

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

You agree to pay all subscription fees associated with your selected service.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

After cancellation, your subscription will not renew, and services will stop.

You will not be charged for future billing periods after cancellation.

Refund policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

Because accounting services involve setup, system access, and ongoing compliance responsibilities, refunds are not provided for active billing periods.

Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not refund past payments.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for accounting services.

You are responsible for reviewing information and notifying us of any errors.

Cloud Nine Accountants is not responsible for penalties, errors, or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Limitation of liability

Cloud Nine Accountants provides services with reasonable care and professional standards.

However, we are not liable for:

• Errors caused by incorrect client information
• Business losses, indirect losses, or consequential losses
• Service interruptions outside our control

Our services are provided subject to the Letter of Engagement, which defines full responsibilities and limitations.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Payment is not received
• These Terms are breached
• Required information is not provided

You may terminate your subscription at any time as described above.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
